What is your typical day like in the office?
I normally come and in get to work right away. I get to talk to a lot of the staff throughout the day and answer phones. Ultimately, my typical day is fun and always an opportunity to learn something new!
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would be cast as you?
What kind of music could we find on your iPod/iPhone?
I listen to all kinds of music. There’s mostly country music in my playlist, but I enjoy rock, pop, and classical – Just about anything that I can dance to!
What’s been your favorite project to work with?
I really liked getting to help with the Majors and Minors Fair. Plus, I got to dress up as an M&M and walk around campus!
What’s the greatest lesson you’ve ever learned?
Don’t limit yourself to a preexisting path to success. Sometimes you have to find your own path.
What’s your biggest pet peeve?
When people slurp their soup… That sound just makes me cringe.
What are your top 3 life highlights?
Getting engaged | Getting accepted into Texas Tech, and recently into grad school | Getting to rappel Aussie style (face forward) off of a cliff
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Working as a coordinator in student affairs at a university
What’s one thing you can’t live without?
Hatch green chile!
What have you always wanted to do, but never done?
I have always wanted to try out for a show like American Idol or The Voice, just to say that I’ve done it.
What’s your secret talent?
I am really good at taking whatever food is in the refrigerator and pantry and figure out how to make a delicious dinner!
